Shipping and Returns

  • Every Casa Eterna order is packed by hand in Austin, Texas, with the same care our pieces are made with.

    • United States & Mexico. We ship everywhere in the USA and to Mexico.

    • Ready-to-ship pieces. Orders of in-stock pieces leave our studio within 24 hours on business days.

    • Custom & made-to-order pieces. Each commissioned piece is made for you by our artisans in Mexico City. Please allow 2–4 weeks before your piece ships. We will keep you updated along the way, and it will be worth the wait.

    • Austin, same day. If you’re in Austin, your order can be at your door the same day. Select same-day delivery at checkout, or write to us and we’ll arrange it personally.

    • Tracking. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number the moment it ships.

    • Orders to Mexico. International orders may be subject to customs processing.

  • We want you to love what arrives. If something isn’t right, here is how we take care of it.

    • Clothing. We accept returns on clothing within 15 days of purchase. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

    • Accessories. Because of their handmade nature, all accessories,  including belts, jewelry, and small pieces, are final sale.

    • If something is wrong, we make it right. If your piece arrives damaged or with a defect, write to us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. Making it right becomes our first priority, repair, replacement, or refund, whichever serves you best.

    • Custom pieces. Commissioned pieces are made especially for you and are final sale. We work closely with you throughout the process so the piece that arrives is exactly the one you imagined.

    • Exchanges. Need a different size in clothing? Write to us within 15 days and we’ll walk you through it, subject to availability. Archive pieces are the last of their kind, so we recommend reaching out quickly.

    3. Once we receive and review your piece, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
