Casa Eterna is a female-founded house from Austin, Texas. We curate and create timeless pieces, clothing, accessories, and objects for the home,  made in collaboration with artisans in Mexico City and in the US. Every piece carries story, intention, and soul.

Everywhere in the United States and to Mexico. Ready-to-ship orders leave our studio within 24 hours on business days. Austin customers can receive their order the same day.

Custom pieces are made by hand in Mexico City and ship within 2–4 weeks. We’ll keep you close to the process from the first conversation to the day it arrives.

The Archive is where the final pieces of a collection live. Once a piece sells out, it’s gone for good, we don’t reproduce past collections. If your size is available, it’s the last of its kind.

Clothing may be returned within 15 days of purchase, unworn and with tags. Accessories and custom pieces are final sale, but if anything arrives less than perfect, tell us and making it right becomes our priority. Full details on our Shipping & Returns page.

We host private appointments in Austin, a one-on-one hour to try pieces, talk styling, or begin a custom commission. Book through our Private Appointments page, or write to us and we’ll find a time.

Each piece ships with its own care guidance. As a rule: handmade pieces prefer gentle hands, store jewelry dry, rest leather between wears, and when in doubt, ask us before washing.

Yes. All payments are processed through our secure checkout with encrypted, PCI-compliant providers. We never see or store your card details.
